Our job is to protect and serve our communities, while protecting the interest of our brothers and sisters of our own organizations. As an organization, FASIS recognizes this dedication and the desire to provide coverage for on-the-job injuries to our members' employees.

FASIS was created in 1984, pursuant to Government Code Section 6500 to provide workers' compensation coverage for our member districts and their employees. Since that time, we have grown to over 200 districts with more than 5,000 employees. FASIS is very proud of and values each of its member districts.

FASIS is administered by Bickmore Risk Services, a consulting firm located in Sacramento, California. The day-to-day operations of FASIS are guided by its Board of Directors and governing documents. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the FASIS Program Administrator.
